HTCC ACH POSTER

The Hindu Temple & Community Center (HTCC) of Mid Missouri promotes worship, service, and peace in our community. Please help build the new Hindu Temple in Columbia, MO with your commitment of a recurring monthly ACH donation to the HTCC bank account

Steps to Enroll for ACH Donations (Electronic Fund Transfer):

  • Access enrollment form available in paper at the temple or download and print the form: ACH Authorization Form
  • Fill out details on enrollment form and sign
  • Submit the completed form in person at the temple or to one of the HTCC Officers or via email to shanthimandir@yahoo.com
  • Suggested recurring donation commitiment: $11, $21, $51, $101/month; however, you can donate any amount you wish.

Other helpful information:

  • ACH: Automated Clearing House is an electronic payment delivery system that processes electronic transfers for institutions nationwide.
  • Donations: You can also donate via check or credit card machine at the Temple or online via
    PayPal link at the Shanthi Mandir website Donate to Shanthi Mandir
  • Membership: Types of membership are Annual (single $50; family $75) or Sustained/ Lifetime (single $600; family $1000) and can be paid online via PayPal link on the Shanthi Mandir website or via cash/check/credit card at the Temple along with the completed membership form
  • Puja Services: Please visit the Shanthi Mandir website or call Kusum Malhotra @573-489-7578 or Temple priest Sharmaji @678-622-5159 for scheduling onsite or outside pujas
  • Tax Deductible: HTCC is a 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt organization EID # 20-3807251. Your donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by IRS law.
    a. HTCC will mail a receipt of your cumulative donations in January of next year.
    b. The membership fees and puja charges are “not considered” as a tax-deductible by IRS
