Ring in the New Year at Shanthi Mandir

4:30 pm (sharp): Omkaar, Ganapati Prarthana, Gayatri Mantra (108 times), Mantrapushpam and Kshama Prarthana
5:30 p.m: Aarti and Prasad.
Vedic chanting begins with an invocation to Lord Ganesha with the Ganapati Prarthana. Gayatri Mantra is a universal prayer that first appears in the Rig Veda. The 108 Gayatri Mantra chants are intended for invoking peace and divine inspiration for all at the start of the New Year.
Flowers and Prasad offerings are welcome.
